Roy Michael McKenzie is a fractional CFO and co-owner of ElitePro Tax & Bookkeeping based in Jefferson City, Missouri. He specializes in helping service-based small businesses build clean, reliable financial systems that support better decisions, stronger cash flow, and long-term growth.
With deep experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations, Roy has implemented and optimized QuickBooks Online environments for multiple entities, led complex clean-up and migration projects, and designed controller-level workflows that keep books accurate in real time. He combines traditional CFO disciplines such as forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting with modern, cloud-based tools including Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and advanced AI platforms to create scalable, automated back-office operations for his clients.
Roy is known for translating complex financial and technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for owners and leadership teams, and for building systems that reduce friction rather than add it. His work emphasizes strong internal controls, practical reporting, and automation that supports real-world decision-making.
Outside of client work, Roy is passionate about business process automation, AI-assisted workflows, and financial operations design. Away from the office, his greatest priorities are his family, his Catholic faith, and his country. He lives in Missouri and enjoys aquarium management, cooking and recipe development, and following the NFL, especially the San Francisco 49ers, while keeping a daily prayer routine central to his life.

Cathi Korelin, EA, NTPI Fellow, CTS, has more than 20 years of experience working with real estate professionals and small business owners, helping them understand their finances, plan strategically, and build sustainable success.
Cathi’s work is grounded in practical expertise and a deep appreciation for how numbers tell a story about a business. She’s had an affinity for numbers and counting her whole life. As a kid, her family’s apartment had thirteen steps. Since 13 isn’t evenly divisible by any other numbers, she would go up and down the stairs until she reached a number that divided evenly. What started as a childhood quirk became a lifelong skill: recognizing patterns, questioning what doesn’t quite fit, and finding clarity through numbers.
Today, that same mindset guides Cathi’s approach. She combines analytical precision with real-world experience in real estate and small business operations, allowing her to help clients make informed, confident decisions and move forward with clarity.
